Mountainaire was our choice three years ago and the service has been great at a fair price. We sold our home and moved into a home with a 15+ year old HVAC. We called Vance. His personal on site review,the installation by a courteous and highly capable team was great. My 15yr old A/C unit quit working and they made sure I was seen same day. Fred was very polite and helpful and identified the problem with the capacitor quickly. He even vacuumed out my furnace blower for me and replaced my filter. I was able to use a coupon that gave me $45 savings for the repair which was even better! Will be using this company again when I am ready to upgrade in 2015

I was very happy with Appointment Scheduler and the Service Technician. I got the phone call before the technician arrived. The technician was professional, friendly, and very respectful. This is my first time with Mountain Air and I'm impressed. Thanks.
Our a/c quit working and Mountain Air sent out a tech right away (the lady I spoke to on the phone was also very friendly). Fred was very polite and professional. After quoting me what it would take to repair the old, cheap unit, he recommended replacing the unit all together but there was absolutely no pressure. Matt came out to write up a bid that afternoon. The minute my wife and I talked to him, we knew he was honest and just wanted to get us taken care of the right way. We did get another bid and it paled in comparison with Mountain Air's bid which included upgrading the size of the unit. The installers showed up first thing the next moring and got the job done right. They even added an air difuser and increased the size of all the air returns at no extra cost! Something the other companies wouldnt do. It is really hard to find honest, local companies that truly care about thier customers. Mountain Air is one of them. Hopefully we wont need to call them again, but if something happens, they will be my first and only call. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately our 23 year old air conditioner gave up the ghost. We called Mountain Air Conditioning and Heating to give us a quote. Matt arrived when he said he would and was very courteous. After discussing our options we chose the model we wanted and agreed on a price.A couple of days later Rick and Dennis arrived to begin our installation. Our system required a new coil be installed and after inspection they determined that the coil would not fit without extensive redesign. This redesign required extensive remodeling of our system and moving our water heater to allow for the new coil. What would have normally have been a one day job turned into a three day experience. Rick explained everything as work progressed, and he and Dennis worked tirelessly to complete the job. He reassured us that Mountain Air wanted the job done correctly and his goal was to carry that through. Vance , the owner of Mountain Air, paid a personal visit to our home to reassure us that the job was being done right.Finally, to get to the review. I couldn't recommend Mountain Air more highly. They were professional, courteous, and STUCK TO THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. To anyone who asks or even suggests they need HVAC work performed, we recommend the people at Mountain Air Conditioning and Heating.
I bought a furnace-a/c combo from Mountain Air back in 2010. I'm a degree'd mechanical engineer, and I was impressed by the amount of technical analysis Matt conducted when designing a system for my house. I assumed the bid was going to come in a bit high due to his detail-oriented approach (you typically pay for quality), but their bid beat anyone else offering comparable equipment.Four years later, I'm obviously still a fan of the company (since I'm taking the time and effort to write this review!). I use their "save" plan every year for preventative maintenance and HE filter swaps. Last year they ID'd an issue with my furnace during the fall maintenance and fixed it right up, no charge, "under warranty". Gotta love an honest company.

I had some issues with my furnace, they came out immediately on a Sunday, with no extra charge. Said I should get a new one. That next morning Kevin came out explained my options, and we decided to get a new one. He had a team ready to go, they got there pretty quickly. We did have issues with my HOA, but they were very patient and understanding. And finally got the HOA on board. Kevin and Tai, you guys ROCK! Thank you for all you did. I will definitely be coming back to get my central air done. Thanks so much guys!

Mountain air looked at our 1980's furnace and replaced it that day and let me have a set up payment plan without pulling my credit. It is because of their ability to look at me as a human that I will always now call them with any of my needs. Thank you for your kindness!!

I just had a great service experience with your company. The technician was very knowledgeable about our older furnace and knew exactly what to do. I was expecting the repair to cost two to three hundred dollars. However, the technician found that we had a clogged pilot and simply cleaned it out. They also gave us a $25 discount so the repair bill was a pleasant surprise. Thanks again for great service and tell the technician he did a fantastic job.
