The replacement of our furnace and air-conditioner was a five star experience. Mountain Air's price was very competitive. Their crew, Devin, Max, and Michael, arrived on time and quickly removed our old furnace and air-conditioner. They laid down tarps to protect or carpets and were very professional. The replacement of our old system required extensive modification to our existing ducts. They measured everything and returned to their shop to manufacture the needed ducting and the new stand. They had to install an additional return duct and cleaned up after themselves; even vacuuming the carpet when the installation was complete. They worked all day and into the evening to complete the job in one day. They took the time to demonstrate the programing of the new thermostat and the replacement of the five inch filter. The new system is functioning great and we are looking forward to the reduction of our gas and electrical bills.

Taylor was terrific. He wore a mask was knowledgably about my furnace, and was professional. My furnace went out, Ii was diagnosed had to get a part and fixed by 4 pm that day. Thanks so much. Also a shout out to Drew Tubbs for the diagnosing the problem. Appreciate everything

We received a bid from Mountain Air to replace two furnaces at the church I belong to. This work was headed by and mostly performed by Kameron the end of December 2020. Besides the fact that the temperatures were freezing, it was necessary to leave the door open during much of the work. Kameron made it a priority to get the first furnace installed so we wouldn't have any frozen pipe issues. He and his staff (sorry I didn't get their names) worked nonstop to get this work done. Because our church building is old, Kameron did A LOT of extra work including replacing sections of water pipe and climbing onto the roof on several occasions. They were in the freezing temperatures nonstop. Kameron explained everything we need to know before, during, and after the installations and set our thermostats for us before he left. Honestly, they went far above and beyond what we could have ever expected from them and at the end of the day our bill matched the bid...no extra charges had been added! I recommend this company to everybody, you won't be disappointed. Next time I need a new furnace or water heater in my home, I am going to call Mountain Air! My thanks to Kameron and his staff, all of whom were beyond nice and hard-working!

Contacted Mountain Air when my furnace stopped working. They sent out technician JD, who was very professional and up front with any repairs that were needed. He found a bad pressure switch, quickly replaced it and had the heat going again.

Greatly appreciate the quality work done by Keith and Landon from Mountain Air to replace our hot water heaters. Keith gave great advice on the install and improved the arrangement of the manifold system. A very professional job by both of these gentlemen. Mountain Air has always been excellent, and most recently, I had them install a new furnace in my home. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The service, quality of equipment, and overall value were all fantastic. Dave worked with me on the initial diagnosis, and was able to get me up and running until the replacement could be arranged, which was particularly appreciated, seeing as how it is currently January. Devin and Cody did the installation, and their work was top notch. Every step along the way was professional, courteous, and backed with intelligence. They are an awesome company throughout, including great office staff!

I had them come and replace an induction motor on my furnace The tech, JD, arrived promptly and was quite friendly and explained what he'd be doing and the costs. He wore a mask and observed social distancing. He was also really good with my 5 month old puppy and took a few minutes to stop and let my puppy sniff him and become accustomed to him.

I've been having trouble with my furnace for the last few months. Other service companies would make an appointment and bail the day of. So I decided to give Mountain Air a call, they showed up within 2 hours of my call. trouble shot it and gave me all the details of what was done and what is needed. They are ordering the part for me and let me know that the part was actually under warranty. Couldn't be happier in comparison to every other service company I have contacted.
