Had the best experience getting our furnace 6mo service/minor repairs done yesterday. He even fixed/hooked up our humidifier than we did not even realize wasn’t properly connected- something others have apparently missed! Bradley is the best, I have not ever had someone be so thorough and then show me exactly what was going on etc..super impressed and grateful! Respectful of our time, let us know when he was on his way, thorough, honest, left us better than he found us! Thanks Bradley!

I had a tune up I needed done on my furnace today and Bradley was the technician who came out to do it, he was very educational and knowledgeable about what was going on and showing me every part of what he did. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

The motor in my heating system went out during the night in below freezing temperatures. I called Mountain Air around 7:30am. An answering service took my personal information. I was called back about 10 minutes later by someone from Mountain Air and gave further information about the problem. I was told they would squeeze me in that day. I received a call from the technician (Daniel) about 3 hours later. He diagnosed the problem with the furnace as the motor and gave me a price for replacement. He went and picked up the motor, came back and installed it, and had me up and running by noon. I was afraid I was going to have to spend the night running a space heater so I was very pleased to have it all done so quickly.

Bradley was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He provided great knowledge and answered questions during the inspection process. Mountain Air's inspection and tune-up plan service is well worth the cost, and the monthly payment plan makes it easy to afford. The service provides great peace of mind and helps plan out potential services needed.

The salesman and technicians were amazing. Received a quote and had a new system installed within 3 days. It only took 1 day to complete the install. The technicians put mats on the carpet to keep it clean and also left their work areas spotless. Would definitely use Mountain Air again!

The company that installed our system (less than 2 years ago) was going to charge us $250 for an "after hours" service call; these guys only charged us $80. And they discovered the company that installed it had put in a needless after-market device that shut our system down after it "thought" it detected water. The repairman from Mountain told us the device fails all the time and is not sure why they would have installed it anyway. At $250 a visit it sounds like the other company may be running something shady. We are grateful to Mountain and they will now be our go to place.

I just had the SECOND greatest experience with Ogden Mountain Air Conditioning & Heating! (first being my original install in 2017) Due to both parties' schedules, it was a bit of a juggle getting a furnace repair visit, but they were very understanding and flexible! Thank you, Stephanie! Technician JD arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and got right to work. My repair situation unfortunately escalated, resulting in what would have been a bill beyond my means. However, working in collaboration with Lennox, Chad & JD went above and beyond to help get my system back online without breaking the bank! Their combined efforts saved me 83% of what would have been my repair cost!!! Not many companies are doing that these days! They really took care of me & my family, and even thanked me for my service! This experience only compounds the respect & trust I have for this company! From the bottom of my heart - Thank you, Stephanie, JD & Chad, thank you, Ogden Mountain Air!!!

Bradley was the technician that took care of my furnance and humdiifier check-up and made sure they were working for the year. He was very knowledable and was very clear and thorough with his communication about all the risks and potential problems since my Lennox unit is aging. I appreciate the professional yet friendly nature that he brought. Thanks Bradley!

Simply AMAZING service from the company and the technician, JD! My furnace would not start up and was throwing an error code. Just what you want to see on a cold Sunday morning, right? Being it was Sunday, I called to leave a message and to my surprise they called me back on Sunday afternoon and got me scheduled. Wow! They were at my house by 8:45 Monday morning! JD systematically diagnosed the problem (wasp nest in the exhaust pipe of all things!) and had us warmed back up in almost no time at all! JD went far and above to help us out of a jam. I would recommend Mountain Air in a heartbeat! Top shelf team of people top to bottom!

Mike did a fantastic job from 1st visit to results delivered. Fixed our AC, we got on the annual plan, he checked & adjusted our furnace for winter. Mike worked late until after 7pm to get it all done & done well.

Had Carson come out and look at my partially unfinished basement to add some vents and a return. Carson was prompt and arrived the same day as when I called. The crew of Landon and Ernesto came out the next day. They were quick and professional. Great experience with everyone involved.

From the time I got in touch with Hilary, she came right out the same day, a Friday and gave me a quote, which was within my budget. She was very thorough and professional and extremely knowledgable and friendly. We even discussed ways to save me money, which was extremely helpful to me. All said and done and work approved, she said they could star on the coming Monday (2 days) Wow. The crew of Landon, Ernesto , Jake and Tony showed up right on time Monday morning. Keep in mind that the work to be done is in a crawl space, not a basement, and required them to remove all the existing, damaged aluminum duct work The men were allocated 4 days to do the job. They were done that same day, saving me three days of labor which made my final invoice even less than originally quoted. Now my ductwork is up to current code. This company has my full endorsement and reccomendation to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Many thanks for the high quality work they did. I now have sufficient heatin and A/C air flow to every register in the house. THANK YOU!!!

Air conditioner wouldn't come on. Technician found loose wire from a fix that Comfort Solutions screwed up on. Very fast friendly service.
