Mountain Air Conditioning and Heating specializes in maintaining, repairing, and installing residential and small commercial HVAC equipment. We are recruiting for an HVAC Installation Technician at our Ogden, UT location where we provide a positive growth culture and a fantastic team environment.

General Job Function: To install replacement HVAC systems, new HVAC systems, and HVAC accessories. Ensure complete customer satisfaction by professionally installing systems in a consistent and quality manner. Strive to maintain a professional company image in the marketplace through personal attitude, action, and appearance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years HVAC Service experience (residential/light commercial)
  • Strong technical knowledge, be detail oriented and quality driven
  • RMGA and NATE Certification Preferred
  • Excellent Customer interaction skills
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be well-groomed, drug-free and be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Work references from past supervisors, managers, and co-workers

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in wet and cold and hot weather.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding.
  • Must have dexterous use of both hands.
  • Must be able to work in a kneeling or squatting position.
  • Must have previous experience using mechanical hand tools.
  • Must be a non-smoker or be able to refrain from smoking while at work, in company vehicle, and in customer’s homes and businesses.

General Job Function: To perform repairs, maintenance, and warranty work requests, recommend and sell service agreements, accessory items, and replacement systems.  Ensure complete customer satisfaction by professionally servicing and repairing systems in a consistent and quality manner.  Strive to maintain a professional company image in the marketplace through personal attitude, action, and appearance.

General Job Function: Responsible to schedule, communicate, and coordinate with customers to provide the very best in customer service.  This includes phone calls, scheduling, paperwork processing, and any office support necessary. The job requires the ability to multi-task and make wise decisions quickly during high call volume times.  The environment is fast paced and requires great organizational skills.  We are looking for someone who is both a “people person” and a “detail” person.  The ability to prioritize will be necessary. Flexibility and being comfortable with change are essential as well.
