Mike came and explained that our filter was restricting the air flow. Our air conditioning would not shut down and ran continuously. Had a tune-up scheduled today for my ac unit. Chad showed up on time and was extremely helpful. He walked me through everything he did as well as making sure it was easy to understand. He was pleasant and very helpful and had my 30 year old unit running perfectly. Since it only goes up to 5 stars I gotta give him a 10 out of 5. Wife and I are very happy with the service provided.
