At Mountain Air, we pride ourselves on our people above all else. Sure, we use high-quality parts and install top-of-the-line HVAC systems. But without trained employees who are dedicated to their work, those parts and units won’t do our customers much good.
It’s the technicians who visit your home for service calls, repairs, and installations — and the office staff who manage things behind the scenes — who make our company truly special.
We didn’t end up with these terrific employees by accident. We’re family-owned and locally owned, so we’re dedicated to our community and our neighbors.
Our goal is to always provide the best in customer service, quality work, and personal commitment to our valued customers. Toward that end, we go out of our way to hire people who strive for excellence and enjoy the challenge of HVAC work.
Working for Mountain Air is a career, not just a job. And our employees have the long service records to prove it — our average employee has been in the industry at least 15 years!
We strive to provide superior service to our customers, and we ensure that each member of our team upholds this value as well. (If that sounds like a place you’d like to work, contact us!)
