Benefits of Routine Air Conditioner Maintenance Service

If you don’t prioritize scheduling an air conditioner maintenance tune-up every spring, consider the benefits you’re missing out on. Here are some of the benefits of doing regular AC maintenance:

  • Keeps you and your family safe. The peace of mind that comes from knowing your equipment is running safely is a priceless benefit of regular AC maintenance.
  • Protects your warranty. Annual maintenance ensures you stay safely within your warranty for as long as it’s active.
  • Cost savings. The harder your AC has to work, the more energy it will use. The more energy it uses, the higher your energy bill will be! Maintenance will keep your system running optimally.
  • Energy savings. Electricity rates are higher than ever, but you can keep cooling costs down with regular maintenance. Tasks such as lubricating moving parts, recharging the refrigerant, removing obstructions, and cleaning the coils help your AC run more efficiently.
  • Problem prevention. Issues typically develop slowly, such as a belt that begins to fray before it snaps. Maintenance lets you catch these problems early and prevent them from turning into a more expensive repair.
  • Longer equipment life. The same way a car that receives regular oil changes lasts years longer, you can expect your air conditioner to remain in good working order for many more seasons than if you neglect it.
  • Healthier indoor air. By replacing the filter, patching ductwork leaks, and dusting the equipment, you’ll ensure the air you breathe is fresher than ever when you make yearly tune-ups a priority.
  • Home comfort. An air conditioner operating at peak performance can keep up even when the desert heat starts to take its toll at the height of summer. You can only expect a high level of performance year after year if you maintain the equipment properly.

Had Carson come out and look at my partially unfinished basement to add some vents and a return. Carson was prompt and arrived the same day as when I called. The crew of Landon and Ernesto came out the next day. They were quick and professional. Great experience with everyone involved.

From the time I got in touch with Hilary, she came right out the same day, a Friday and gave me a quote, which was within my budget. She was very thorough and professional and extremely knowledgable and friendly. We even discussed ways to save me money, which was extremely helpful to me. All said and done and work approved, she said they could star on the coming Monday (2 days) Wow. The crew of Landon, Ernesto , Jake and Tony showed up right on time Monday morning. Keep in mind that the work to be done is in a crawl space, not a basement, and required them to remove all the existing, damaged aluminum duct work The men were allocated 4 days to do the job. They were done that same day, saving me three days of labor which made my final invoice even less than originally quoted. Now my ductwork is up to current code. This company has my full endorsement and reccomendation to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Many thanks for the high quality work they did. I now have sufficient heatin and A/C air flow to every register in the house. THANK YOU!!!
