We have a maintenance plan with Mountain Air, and we've purchased an AC system from them previously.Our furnace was blowing cold. I did the basics (check the flame sensor, clean the burners, check the capacitors etc) - it still wasn't working.We decided to bite the bullet and call Mountain Air for an expert viewpoint.First surprise; because we have a maintenance plan, there was no call-out charge.Mervyn came out, and verified that our system was working fine (we later found out that it was a configuration issue with a stupid 'intelligent' thermostat).Then came the second surprise.No charge for the visit.We've been ripped off in the past by other AC companies - it's a pleasure to work with Mountain Air, and they're one of the few companies that we recommend to family and friends.
