When it comes down to dealing with precious things like your lives, you want a company that cares. A lot of people that do business just come and go because it’s not their own homes. Mountain Air GENUIENELY cares about their work and their care. You cannot beat it. They were phenomenal and we are so grateful for the quality we received. These guys really know what they are doing and they are amazing to work with. We are doing their $150 a year plan for services and it’s the best decision we made. Mountain Air had someone enroute within 25 minutes of my call for a heater that went out on a cold evening - that's after calling several others that hadn't called me back for several hours. Thier Technician, Daniel was a complete professional; completed the repair in minutes. I was so impressed with Mountain Air's responsiveness and the quality of their folks (from the scheduler who took my call to Daniel who came right over and made the repair) I immediately signed up for their Service Plan for my HVAC unit, especially at the value for dollar and piece of mind it brings. Our service technician, Bradley, arrived for the scheduled appointment early. He was polite and professional. He immediately understood our HVAC system (furnaces, A/C, thermostats) and got to work. While he worked, Bradley explained information that I as the homeowner was interested in, including the furnace safety features. He showed me various test results and explained why they were important. I feel confident that our system is well maintained. Mountain Air is fortunate to have Bradley as a service technician. Mountain Air's technicians are terrific! Bradley stopped by our home promptly on time and was professional, polite, and friendly.He performed a thorough check of our system and expertly explained each step as he did.
