On Dec 16th we woke up to a cold house. The furnace had stopped working. I spoke with Amanda at Mountain Air and she got me on the schedule to have a service tech come to my home that day. Jaden called me ahead of his arrival which I greatly appreciated. He is professional, and as courteous as they come. He explained the issue (blown board) and sent me a pic to show me the problem. The board was replaced and the house was warm when I got home from work. Jaden is amazing. Amanda was attentive to my issue. Mountain Air has good people. Shane Blakeley

Our furnace quit working the week before Christmas and we needed someone to repair it quickly. After reading Mountain Air’s reviews in Ogden we decided to give them a try and we were really happy that we did! We ended up getting a new system because the main controller on our 12 year old Trane went out and the cost to replace and repair it was very expensive due to the current parts shortage. Everyone we worked with at Mountain Air including the repairman, salesmen and technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Our technician Robert and his crew did an excellent job coming up with some creative solutions to our small space and we couldn’t be happier with his workmanship and professionalism during the installation process. In addition to the furnace, and AC we also had a water softener installed and it has been a great addition to our home. We highly recommend Mountain Air and their services to everyone! Karissa S
